About the role
Our client in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction projects, including high‑rise buildings and medical facilities. The role offers a competitive salary of R65 000 CTC per month.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, applying a hands‑on approach to timelines.
- Control project budgets and financial reporting.
- Implement and monitor construction safety standards and local regulations.
- Supervise project controls and quality assurance activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of construction management experience.
- Experience delivering high‑rise, hospital or medical building projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field; tertiary education with knowledge of contract law preferred.
