About the role
The Site Clerk runs the administration office for a specific business unit site, planning activities, organising resources and controlling risks to ensure timely and efficient execution of all administrative functions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end HR policy and procedure support for the division.
- Process purchase requisitions, allocate contracts and verify goods against delivery notes.
- Manage site stock including diesel, PPE and stores, maintaining accurate records.
- Back up databases, prevent loss or damage of office property and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Liaise between the Site Administrator, Contract Manager, wage office and HR department.
- Compile monthly HR reports and maintain personnel files for wage employees.
- Administer leave, wage time‑books, sign‑on and sign‑off procedures and handle wage queries.
- Promote the site’s image and maintain client relationships.
Required profile
- Experience in site administration or office management.
- Familiarity with HR processes, wage administration and inventory control.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
