Site Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Site Agent to lead the delivery of small to medium construction projects or specific sections of larger programmes. Acting as the bridge between the Project Manager and on‑site teams, you will oversee daily activities, coordinate trades, and ensure materials arrive on time while meeting safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project tasks in line with the company’s strategic objectives and report progress, performance and issues to the Project Manager.
• Provide input to the estimating department during tender preparation and support site visits; assist with contract finalisation on an ad‑hoc basis.
• Maintain full awareness of contract conditions, specifications, drawings and relevant legislation to guarantee compliant site execution.
• Manage relationships with internal support functions (HR, Safety, Quality, Plant, Survey, Commercial, Finance, IT, QS) and external stakeholders to secure the resources needed for successful delivery.
• Deliver the assigned site scope within budget, schedule, productivity and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering construction projects or project sections on‑site.
• Strong understanding of contract documents, specifications and applicable legislation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior project leadership and multidisciplinary support teams.
• Commitment to uphold safety, health, environmental and quality standards.
