About the role
Join a leading agricultural organisation in the Northern Cape as a Silo Manager, responsible for overseeing grain storage operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of grain storage silos.
- Ensure proper fumigation procedures are carried out and documented.
- Manage grain grading processes in accordance with certification standards.
- Coordinate transport of grain using own vehicle and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain health, safety and quality standards within the silo facility.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Silo Manager in the agricultural industry.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Fumigation and grain grading certificates.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
- Ability to provide contactable references and recent payslips.
