Silo Manager – Grain Operations Leader

About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Silo Manager to oversee daily grain operations. The role combines people leadership, operational control and quality management to ensure efficient handling and storage of grain.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all daily activities within the silo facility.
- Maintain operational control and monitor performance against targets.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout grain handling and storage processes.
- Manage budgets, control costs and oversee financial reporting for the operation.
- Administer documentation and use operational systems to track inventory and performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in grain or silo management.
- Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
- Excellent understanding of grain handling and storage practices.
- Financial insight, including budgeting and cost control.
- Solid administrative and systems capability.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
