Signing Clerk / Junior Attorney – Conveyancing

About the role

As a Signing Clerk/Junior Attorney you will be the primary point of contact between the firm and clients during the conveyancing process. You will manage the signing of transfer documents, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience while supporting the conveyancing team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone and email to arrange signing appointments nationwide.
• Explain signing instructions and transfer document details to clients.
• Facilitate the signing of transfer documents and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with conveyancing secretaries and other team members on administrative and legal matters.
• Follow up proactively on outstanding items and maintain accurate client records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a junior attorney in conveyancing, especially transfers.
• Relevant legal qualification.
• Client‑centric attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and diary‑management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
