About the role
Insure Connect Services is building a talent pipeline for UK and Australian insurance clients. As a Short‑Term Insurance Claims Administrator you will support end‑to‑end claims handling across Commercial, Personal and Motor lines, working remotely from a home office in South Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process claims notifications, assess validity and apply policy terms.
- Appoint assessors or loss adjusters, manage claims through to resolution and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, insurers and third parties, providing clear updates throughout the claims process.
- Manage claims efficiently to meet productivity and service targets, support cost control and identify potential fraud.
Required profile
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in short‑term insurance claims.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- South African citizenship and residence with a dedicated home office and reliable internet.
Required skills
- Proficiency with claims management systems.
- General computer platform skills.
