About the role
Deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point‑of‑sale (POS) operations and store merchandising, creating a positive experience for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Execute all POS activities accurately and promptly, handling cash safely at all times.
- Scan merchandise and process payments with high accuracy, including club‑card rewards.
- Promote Clicks club‑card, enroll new members and meet participation targets.
- Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and ensure they "feel good and pay less".
- Provide superior customer service as a brand ambassador, offering friendly and professional assistance.
- Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping according to visual guidelines.
- Stay updated on product ranges, promotions and events to give correct information.
Required profile
- Basic maths calculations and retail/FMCG background.
- Understanding of stock management procedures and merchandising principles.
- Knowledge of customer service excellence and ability to follow instructions.
