SHEQ Tutor

About the role

BSI is seeking a SHEQ Tutor to deliver training on ISO standards both face‑to‑face and virtually. You will work with a variety of industry clients across South Africa, helping them improve health, safety, quality and environmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver BSI training courses that add value to customers and their organisations.
• Inform and update customers on BSI services throughout training sessions.
• Explain how training aligns with the overall BSI customer journey.
• Provide excellent training solutions and day‑to‑day interactions to enhance BSI’s reputation.
• Give feedback to support course and product development.
• Assist in designing training solutions (classroom, e‑learning, mentoring, coaching).
• Maintain and enhance professional qualifications in relevant disciplines.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, preferably with practical experience.
• Experience implementing or auditing these management system standards.
• Effective trainer with understanding of learning principles and proven success delivering in‑person, online or hybrid sessions.
• Demonstrated design thinking, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
