SHE Facilitator – Supply Chain (Boksburg)

About the role

Unilever is seeking a Site SHE Facilitator to join its Supply Chain team in Boksburg. You will support the SHE Coordinator in maintaining a robust Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) management system, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, revise and maintain SHE standards, procedures and legislative documents.
• Manage databases for standard operating procedures, statutory records and remedial actions from audits and incident reports.
• Participate in safety inspections, HAZOP studies and Management of Change discussions.
• Interpret SHE legal requirements and ensure site compliance.
• Assist in preparing legal appointments and documentation related to occupational health and safety.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of occupational health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Attention to detail with excellent record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior SHE professionals and site teams.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement of SHE processes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SHE legislation and standards.
• Experience with database management for compliance records.
• Familiarity with safety inspection techniques and HAZOP methodology.
