Shared Beauty Advisor – 40h/week

About the role

The Shared Beauty Advisor will represent L'Oreal within the Foschini store at Canal Walk, delivering an exceptional beauty experience to customers. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, driving sales, managing stock and ensuring the store meets its turnover targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store turnover, acquire new accounts and meet reward targets.
• Provide excellent, personalized customer service and beauty advice.
• Manage stock levels, conduct daily stock counts and handle inventory replenishment.
• Execute visual merchandising standards to showcase L'Oreal products.
• Complete administrative tasks related to sales and stock management.

Required profile

• Beauty‑related qualification (desirable) and a strong interest in cosmetics.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with 1–2 years specifically in cosmetics.
• Proven selling ability and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills at all levels.
• Initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to devise effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and multi‑tasking capabilities.
• High attention to detail and the capacity to work independently.
