ServiceM8 Virtual Assistant & Appointment Setter (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive ServiceM8 Virtual Assistant who will handle customer enquiries, qualify leads and schedule appointments for a fire‑protection business in South Australia. The role is fully remote and part‑time (≈15 hours per week).

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email enquiries promptly.
• Screen and qualify potential customers, distinguishing genuine service requests from price‑shopping inquiries.
• Book and manage appointments using the ServiceM8 platform.
• Follow up with leads as needed and keep accurate records of communications and appointments.
• Provide general administrative support and ensure all interactions are handled professionally.

Required profile

• Previous experience using ServiceM8 (essential).
• Background in appointment setting, customer service or lead qualification.
• Strong phone and email communication skills with excellent English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple enquiries and pay close attention to detail.
• Experience supporting an Australian business or in fire‑protection, trades, construction is a plus.
