Service Technician

About the role

The Service Technician will provide technical support to both internal and external clients, ensuring high‑quality service delivery across a range of electrical equipment. This full‑time position involves on‑site work, troubleshooting, and coordination with third‑party contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Test and commission battery chargers, UPS units, and site chargers.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and commissioning activities on electrical equipment.
• Conduct PCB‑level testing and fault‑finding on site.
• Provide telephone and on‑site technical support to customers.
• Supervise third‑party contractors and produce site documentation and reports.
• Carry out technical investigations, quality control checks, and site audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related qualification.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar technical service role.
• Valid Code C driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
