Service Desk Analyst – M365 & Cloud Administration

About the role

Auxaura is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to deliver remote end‑user support for customers in South Africa and the UK. You will be responsible for fast, high‑quality resolution of incidents and service requests while administering Microsoft 365, Azure and related cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, networks and cloud services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants – Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, Security & Compliance, and licence management.
• Maintain Azure resources, Azure AD (Entra ID) configuration and VM troubleshooting.
• Document incidents, update asset records and ensure accurate reporting.
• Meet defined SLAs for response, communication and resolution.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Based within 1 hour of the Durbanville office.
• Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, Security & Compliance).
• Azure administration and Azure AD (Entra ID) configuration.
• Windows Server and Active Directory user/group management.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Ticketing system usage and SLA adherence.
• Familiarity with security tools such as Microsoft Defender and Sentinel.
