About the role
The Service Advisor will oversee point‑of‑sale operations at the Clicks Killarney store, ensuring efficient checkout processes and high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise shop assistants and cashiers, ensuring they are trained, motivated and competent.
- Manage cash and stock controls, minimise losses and enforce security procedures.
- Coordinate staffing levels to meet schedule requirements and labour legislation.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and promote the Clicks ClubCard programme.
Required profile
- Grade 12 completed; external candidates need a Retail or Business Management qualification.
- At least one year of experience in a customer‑facing role with supervisory duties in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong numeracy, accuracy and understanding of stock management procedures.
