Service Account Manager

About the role

The Service Account Manager is responsible for executing comprehensive account plans that drive revenue growth and market share expansion with existing clients. Working under general supervision, you will act as a trusted advisor, building strategic relationships and guiding customers toward tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to exceed sales targets and increase revenue from existing clients.
• Foster long‑term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
• Participate in complex sales cycles from lead generation through closing, coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide advanced analytical support to identify market trends, risks and opportunities.
• Create client presentations, lead negotiations and secure long‑term contracts.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing to relay customer feedback and influence new offerings.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with Philips’ business processes, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and account plans.
• Strong ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with capability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes and policies.
