About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SEO Specialist to join a Canadian digital marketing agency that serves cannabis dispensaries worldwide. The role focuses on executing SEO tactics across multiple client websites, ensuring high‑quality implementation and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance for client sites.
• Conduct technical SEO health audits, resolve issues, and monitor Core Web Vitals.
• Oversee content publishing checks and pre‑launch reviews.
• Manage local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile updates.
• Track backlinks, perform on‑page optimization, and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in local, on‑page, and technical SEO.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and fixing issues.
• Ability to work independently, follow processes, and deliver work on schedule.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams.
