SEO Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead the SEO department of a digital marketing agency that serves medical and dental clients. This fully remote role will oversee strategy, execution, and performance across technical, on‑page, local, and AI‑driven search initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SEO professionals, including two offshore assistants.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical, on‑page, local, Google Business Profile, and AI search optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, development, and client success teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
• Monitor organic performance, analyze data, and adjust tactics to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Produce client reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Refine SEO workflows, quality‑assurance processes, and documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, and industry standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing SEO campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor remote/offshore SEO teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, comfortable in client‑facing meetings.
• Experience in the healthcare or dental niche is a plus.
