About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to drive organic traffic and conversions for our home‑service clients, primarily painting contractors. The role involves developing data‑driven strategies, leading a team of specialists, and aligning SEO efforts with broader marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement, and continuously refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Test and adjust tactics based on performance data and analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and delegate tasks to a team of SEO specialists.
• Use metrics to assess performance, identify improvements, and adjust strategies.
• Ensure SEO initiatives support clients' overall marketing goals and deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience managing SEO teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Familiarity with local SEO, especially for service‑area businesses.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts.
