SEO and Paid Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to design, execute, and optimise performance‑focused marketing campaigns for multiple clients. The role combines paid‑media management across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok with comprehensive on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Lead end‑to‑end technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance and ROI to inform strategy and client reporting.
• Write high‑converting ad copy, landing‑page copy and strategic content tailored to US cultural nuances.
• Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO) techniques for modern AI‑driven search.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, keywords and messaging.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO strategy and paid‑media management.
• Deep tactical proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid‑ads platforms.
• Proven track record executing both on‑page and off‑page SEO across client portfolios.
• Strong command of US English grammar, tone and cultural references.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning raw data into actionable insights.
• Experience in a US digital‑marketing agency is a strong plus.
• Highly reliable, consistent and accountable.
