SEO and Admin Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant based in South Africa to support both SEO initiatives and day‑to‑day administrative tasks for Remote Talent’s clients. The role combines analytical digital‑marketing work with classic office support, all performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and on‑page SEO optimisation.
• Update website metadata, assist with technical SEO fixes and monitor rankings.
• Generate regular SEO performance reports using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Manage calendars, emails, appointment scheduling and document organisation.
• Perform data entry, CRM updates and coordinate communication with clients and internal teams.
• Support content publishing, basic link‑building activities and occasional recruitment‑related admin tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO with knowledge of on‑page and off‑page techniques.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask and work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
