Senior Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Training Specialist to lead product and vehicle sales training for our dealer network in South Africa. The role focuses on delivering technical and service training, developing course materials, and ensuring dealers have the knowledge to succeed in the automotive market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training support for product and vehicle sales across the South African dealer network.
• Deliver technical highlights and service training for automotive and related products.
• Develop training courseware, product lectures, and external explanations to enhance dealer understanding.
• Identify and communicate product model selling points to boost sales and marketing effectiveness.
• Organise and manage dealer training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
• Perform additional related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of relevant training experience, preferably in the automotive industry or South African market.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work on‑site in South Africa and adapt to a cross‑cultural environment.

Required skills

• Designing and developing training programs.
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and after‑sales service systems.
• Proficiency with office software and training tools.
