Senior Test Manager

About the role

We are seeking a self‑driven, structured, and quality‑focused Senior SAP Test Manager to join our vibrant team. Based in Centurion with a hybrid work model, you will ensure SAP solutions are tested in a controlled, traceable, and evidence‑based manner before deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the SAP test strategy, master test plan, schedule and governance framework.
• Define test scope, cycles, roles, responsibilities, environments, tools, entry/exit criteria and approval requirements.
• Align testing activities with project scope, SAP methodology, contractual obligations and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate test planning and execution across functional consultants, technical teams, business owners, vendors and integration teams.
• Oversee defect management, maintain requirements traceability and report on solution quality and readiness.

Required profile

• Extensive SAP testing knowledge and strong test‑governance discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and challenge unsupported readiness claims.
• Excellent communication, analytical ability, attention to detail and a positive, high‑energy attitude.
