Senior Telesales Agent - Century City

About the role

WNS Global Services, a global Business Process Management provider with a strong presence in South Africa, is hiring an Outbound Agent (Senior Associate) in Century City. The role provides communications solutions to customers by marketing and matching products and services to their needs, generating revenue and improving customer satisfaction. It calls for an enthusiastic telesales representative who closes sales deals over the phone and maintains good customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Market and match products and services to customer needs to generate revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to sales generation by adhering to KPIs and company policies and procedures.
• Close sales deals over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.
• Present products or services over the phone and deal with complaints and doubts.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or another sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Minimum 6 months of uninterrupted telesales experience as a call center agent.

Required skills

• Customer care, customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Telephone sales, prospecting and selling to customer needs.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs such as Outlook and Excel, and telephone systems.
• Ability to explain products and services to prospects, negotiate and resolve complaints.
