Senior Software Developer (Full Stack Engineer)

About the role
We are seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to join our fintech technology team in the Western Cape. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions that support our business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Design, Legal, Data, Risk) to translate requirements into high‑quality code.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C#/.NET Core code, including Blazor Server, Blazor WebAssembly, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
- Manage deployments, maintain disaster‑recovery procedures, and improve system observability.
- Mentor junior developers, support onboarding, and share best practices in accessibility, performance, and security.
- Identify and close gaps in alerts, runbooks, and overall system stability.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
