Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

LMG Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager to lead multiple eCommerce engagements for premium online brands. This fully remote, freelance position works on Central European Time hours and requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can balance project delivery with strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify, CRO, SEO, and retainers projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Maintain Asana boards, risk logs, change requests and ensure cross‑functional collaboration between development, design, SEO and email teams.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates via Loom, email and meetings, and leading review calls and roadmap discussions.
• Identify upsell and retainer opportunities, support quoting and proposal preparation.
• Facilitate weekly delivery meetings, allocate tasks, conduct QA reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to SOP improvements, workflow optimisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project and account management within digital agencies or eCommerce environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and independent‑working skills in a fully remote setting.
