Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to own the delivery of Shopify and eCommerce projects for premium online brands. The role is fully remote and operates within CET business hours, requiring strong stakeholder communication and the ability to manage multiple engagements from kickoff to launch and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify, CRO, SEO and support projects, maintaining timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (development, design, SEO, email) using Asana and other project tools.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing proactive updates via Loom, email and meetings.
• Lead weekly delivery meetings, allocate tasks, conduct QA reviews and mentor junior staff.
• Identify upsell and retainer opportunities and support quoting and proposal preparation.
• Contribute to SOP, workflow and documentation improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project and account management within a digital agency or eCommerce environment.
• Proven track record delivering Shopify projects and managing multiple client engagements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and independent remote‑working skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
