Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager (Remote - CET Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager to lead the delivery of multiple eCommerce projects for premium online brands. This remote, freelance position works within CET business hours and requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can balance client communication with internal coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify, CRO, SEO, and support engagements, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee Asana boards, project schedules, risk logs, and change requests.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including developers, designers, SEO specialists, and email marketers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates via Loom, email, and meetings.
• Lead recurring review calls, roadmap discussions, and identify upsell or retainer opportunities.
• Facilitate weekly delivery meetings, allocate tasks, conduct QA reviews, and mentor junior staff.
• Contribute to SOP improvements, workflow optimization, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist with quoting, scoping, and proposal preparation as needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, or digital agency operations.
• Proven track record managing Shopify or eCommerce projects from kickoff to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and risk‑management abilities.
