Senior SharePoint Support Consultant

About the role

Parvana is seeking a Senior SharePoint Support Consultant to join a fast‑growing, award‑winning software company with offices in the US, UK and South Africa. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Cape Town office, and focuses on delivering high‑quality support for a cloud‑based product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex, high‑impact incidents and act as the senior escalation point for critical, time‑sensitive issues.
• Provide consultative guidance on product architecture, best practices, and SharePoint configuration to become a trusted advisor for customers.
• Champion customer feedback, mitigate adoption risks, and ensure strict SLA compliance for all tickets.
• Lead smoke testing during deployments, develop troubleshooting playbooks, and deliver advanced training sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants, conduct case reviews, and facilitate knowledge sharing across the support team.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in technical consulting, SaaS product support, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for high‑stakes client interactions.
• Experience as a technical lead or senior escalation point is an advantage.
