Senior Services Architect – Pre‑sales & Solution Design

About the role

The Senior Services Architect is a senior pre‑sales and solution‑design specialist who will co‑create Professional Services, Support Services and Managed Services solutions with clients, sales and delivery teams. You will design secure, scalable, multi‑year service offerings across multiple technology domains and stay involved through implementation and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead virtual teams of domain experts to design secure, scalable, multi‑year PS, SS and MS solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end service solutions that integrate technology, cloud and service delivery across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, technical teams, vendors and partners to ensure commercially competitive and supportable solutions.
• Develop, test and validate new service designs, delivery models and enhancements to existing offerings.
• Own all service design deliverables, including technical validation, stakeholder sign‑off and commercial viability.
• Conduct consulting engagements: requirements gathering, gap analysis, transformation roadmaps and business case development.
• Build accurate service cost models and ensure profitability over multi‑year agreements.
• Present solution architectures to sales teams, identify cost savings and operational improvements.
• Manage vendor engagement and coordinate transition to delivery teams.
• Share market insights and mentor colleagues on complex service‑design engagements.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in pre‑sales and solution design for professional, support and managed services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead virtual, cross‑functional teams and drive end‑to‑end service architecture.
• Strong consulting background with experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis and transformation planning.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive presentations.
