Senior Services Architect

About the role

The Senior Services Architect is an advanced subject‑matter expert and pre‑sales persona working with clients and sales/delivery teams to co‑create technical, support and managed services solutions across multiple technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Guide a virtual team of domain experts to develop secure, multi‑year service solutions.
• Design complex Professional Services, Support Services and Managed Services solutions that integrate technology and service design across domains.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape the PS, SS & MS offering.
• Test and validate new design features and delivery models, recommending improvements to existing service offers.
• Produce service design deliverables and coordinate with partners to ensure supportability.
• Obtain sign‑off from technical, service and costing stakeholders.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution development covering Cloud Services, Technology Architectures, SIAM, SLA and ITSM best practices.
• Create consulting artefacts such as statements of requirements, scope, transition documents, gap analysis and roadmaps.
• Support sales teams in presenting architecture solutions focused on cost savings and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior architect or subject‑matter expert in services design.
• Demonstrated pre‑sales and client‑facing capabilities, including opportunity closing.
• Ability to lead virtual, multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset for mapping client requirements to service elements.
• Experience guiding solutions through implementation, renewal and post‑implementation phases.
