Senior SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud Developer to design, build and optimise enterprise‑scale eCommerce and omnichannel platforms for leading retail customers. The role involves leading technical delivery, collaborating with architects and business stakeholders, and driving transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Senior Developer or Technical Lead, designing and implementing solutions on SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements to production support.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Centres of Excellence, Customer IT and business teams.
• Develop and maintain complex integrations with external and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to SAP Hybris upgrades, remediation and technology transformation projects.
• Analyse application performance and implement optimisation and stability improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, integration and production issues.
• Support delivery of high‑quality, scalable and resilient commerce solutions.
• Engage in technical discussions, solution design and implementation decisions.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation and modern engineering practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior developer on SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud.
• Strong background in enterprise eCommerce and omnichannel solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with architects, COE, IT and business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering high‑impact projects.
