Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

Network Contracting Solutions is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer with underground mining exposure. You will drive new business development, expand market presence, and maintain strong customer relationships across the industrial and engineering sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within target industries.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and solution‑based selling.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities effectively.
• Provide after‑sales service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams for successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree, National Diploma, or BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field, combined with Marketing and Sales knowledge.
• 5–8 years of experience in technical or engineering sales.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer hunting, lead generation, and client retention abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
