About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control activities across large‑scale construction projects. The role covers civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines, providing technical oversight and mentorship to junior staff.
Key responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC activities for assigned project packages.
- Review engineering documentation, drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and non‑conformance reporting.
- Manage corrective actions and monitor quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and support project close‑out procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated QA/QC engineering experience.
- Strong construction site background.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
