Senior QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control across large‑scale construction projects. The role covers civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines, providing technical oversight from design review to project close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities for assigned project packages.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and related documentation.
• Coordinate on‑site inspections, testing and non‑conformance reporting.
• Manage corrective actions and monitor quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of dedicated QA/QC experience on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspection processes and NCR management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
