Senior Projects Consultant

About the role

Hollywoodbets is expanding its footprint and seeks a Senior Projects Consultant to lead office and building projects from its Umhlanga office. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering construction and fit‑out projects while ensuring quality, safety and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and schedules and coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants.
• Allocate resources, manage procurement of materials and oversee design development and implementation of approved floor plans.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, review invoices and control variations.
• Lead subcontractors and site personnel, conduct project meetings, assign tasks and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, provide progress updates, compile reports and manage expectations.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and resolve on‑site issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of office design experience.
• Minimum 3 years of building management experience.
• Relevant degree or diploma is a plus.
