Senior Project Manager, Language Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our Language Services team within Jellyfish Creative. The role focuses on delivering AI‑driven project management, overseeing planning, budgeting, resource allocation and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of language projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with client management to align expectations and provide regular updates.
• Oversee budgets, track financial health, manage purchase orders, reconcile invoices and flag commercial risks.
• Partner with resource management to allocate internal and freelance linguists, monitor capacity and performance.
• Implement structured workflows, champion best practices and apply AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Resolve production challenges in real time and escalate higher‑level risks when needed.
• Mentor and coach junior producers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Jellyfish at the project level.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within language services or creative production.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and work collaboratively across functions.
