Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager leads the execution of complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, technical and quality requirements. The role drives cross‑functional collaboration, manages project risks and stakeholder expectations, and maintains effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Project Planning and Governance – define scope, schedules, budgets, resources and contractual milestones to establish effective project control.
• Project Delivery and Execution – drive execution across multidisciplinary teams, procurement activities and technical reviews to meet cost, schedule, quality and delivery targets.
• Risk and Stakeholder Management – manage project risks, issues and stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle to enable informed decision‑making.
• Technical and Quality Assurance – coordinate engineering, systems, quality assurance and supplier activities to ensure solutions meet operational and production requirements.
• Project Closure and Continuous Improvement – oversee handover, conduct technical and financial reviews, capture lessons learned and produce formal closure reports.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• At least 6 years of project management experience with formal PM training.
• Experience developing, integrating and evaluating complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Background in aerospace or radar systems is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience defining, implementing and leading project risk management processes.
