Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of projects for our financial services clients. You will ensure projects meet business objectives while staying within time, cost and quality constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and resource projects using appropriate methodologies to achieve intended outcomes.
• Lead information‑gathering, analysis and stakeholder consultation activities and define project deliverables.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, maintain clear communication and build strong relationships with business owners, internal customers and third‑party partners.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues, dependencies and constraints, escalating and resolving them as needed.
• Manage project resources, monitor costs, provide forecasts and ensure effective utilisation.
• Prepare project review reports, presentations and financial benefit analyses for decision‑making.
• Control scope changes, track progress and report on performance against plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects from initiation to closure in a senior capacity.
• Strong ability to negotiate scope, manage stakeholder expectations and make decisions within approved time, cost and scope envelopes.
• Excellent risk and issue management skills with a focus on proactive problem solving.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building capabilities across diverse stakeholder groups.
