Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will join Ford's Business Systems team to lead large‑scale system integration projects. Reporting to the Sales division, the role acts as a specialist consultant, bridging business units, vendors and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of project solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with business units to prioritize projects and define clear deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate and lead tasks with suppliers, ensuring milestones are met.
• Conduct project meetings, monitor progress and address challenges.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders throughout all phases.
• Oversee implementation of project improvements and ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management.
• Provide consultancy on operational issues and business processes.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in infrastructure or software development project management.
• Successfully completed 5‑8 full project cycles from preparation to implementation.
• Experience working with SAP, IT infrastructure and integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite at Ford Head Office in Silverton and travel to dealerships as needed.
