Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technical projects within a client environment. The role involves scoping, budgeting, risk management and delivering projects on time while applying Business Analysis and SDLC knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Compile business cases, requirements and process maps.
• Create and manage project schedules, backlogs and task prioritisation.
• Handle RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change management.
• Oversee budget, cost reporting and procurement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams and manage release/configuration activities.
• Report to steering committees and ensure adherence to internal standards.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree or diploma in Project or Programme Management.
• PMP certification (non‑negotiable).
• 3‑6 years of project‑management experience and more than 10 years overall experience.
• Background in Mining or Banking industry is preferred.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and Agile environments.
