Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple high‑impact fintech projects that shape how businesses and customers transact. You will own the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and post‑go‑live review, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several concurrent technology and implementation projects across a dynamic fintech product environment.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• Facilitate client onboarding, kickoff meetings and regular status engagements.
• Translate technical and business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks and dependencies, and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product, development, QA, operations and support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and quality standards.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or Agile) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in fintech, banking or payment‑solutions environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall.
