Senior Project Manager – Customer Onboarding (KYC)

About the role

nCino is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer onboarding programmes for its KYC platform across Africa. You will own the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle, ensuring each client is launched efficiently, compliantly, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding delivery from sales handover to live status, managing timelines, RAG status and stakeholder communication.
• Create and maintain Monday.com project plans, track milestones and keep Salesforce data complete.
• Coordinate internal alignment meetings and maintain cross‑functional Slack channels.
• Lead kick‑off calls, needs‑analysis sessions and Fit‑Gap workshops with Implementation Consultants.
• Manage UAT cycles, collect feedback, track resolutions and secure sign‑off before go‑live.
• Serve as first escalation point for delivery issues and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of South African regulatory frameworks, especially the FICA Act.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
