Senior Product Owner - Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a senior product owner with financial‑services expertise to act as the primary bridge between Lula’s platform and its external commercial partners. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of co‑branded and embedded funding journeys, ensuring our digital products generate revenue for both partners and SME clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of Lula’s product roadmap, creating clear feature specifications and aligning them with partner requirements.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, design and other tech teams to iteratively deliver high‑quality functionality.
• Ensure releases meet reliability and quality standards and satisfy customer expectations.
• Gather deep customer insights, analyse product data and turn findings into measurable business outcomes.
• Work with UX/UI designers to build end‑to‑end journeys that deliver value to users.
• Define and maintain a prioritized backlog that supports strategic objectives and drives business impact.
• Manage relationships with commercial partners, support onboarding and prioritize technical solutions together with the Business Development team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner, including 1‑2 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience managing relationships with external commercial partners.
• Hands‑on experience working with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Product‑owner certification is a plus.
