Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Expert

About the role
NTU International is seeking a Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Expert to support the “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho”. The expert will join a pool of non‑key specialists that can be mobilised on short‑term assignments throughout the 48‑month project.
Key responsibilities
- Design, adapt and implement robust monitoring methodologies aligned with EU standards.
- Carry out operational third‑party monitoring missions in the field.
- Review and refine project logframes, indicators, risk registers and results frameworks.
- Prepare comprehensive monitoring reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve implementation.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and results‑based management.
- Proven experience in development cooperation projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with EU‑funded projects preferred.
