Senior Mobile Engineer – Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing digital and product transformation and are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer with strong Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) expertise. This hands‑on role involves ownership of complex mobile features across Android and iOS, focusing on shared KMP architecture and code.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver complex mobile features using Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Build and evolve shared business logic, domain, networking and platform integration layers for Android and iOS.
• Make pragmatic decisions between shared and platform‑specific implementations and own technical delivery from design through post‑release support.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation and technical discussions.
• Conduct high‑quality code reviews, improve CI/CD, automation and mobile release processes.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with production mobile applications at scale.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and delivering apps on both Android and iOS.
• Proven ability to influence technical standards and work as a senior individual contributor in a cross‑functional team.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in software engineering (preferred).
