Senior Litigation Legal Secretary

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior Litigation Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a senior attorney handling High Court and Magistrate's Court matters. The role operates in a hybrid model, combining office work in Bedfordview with remote duties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all documentation and filing for High Court and Magistrate's Court litigation processes.
• Prepare, proof‑read and organise legal correspondence, pleadings and court bundles.
• Maintain the attorney’s calendar, schedule hearings and coordinate with court officials.
• Handle confidential client information with utmost professionalism.
• Utilise Ghost Practice software to track case progress and billing.

Required profile

• Extensive proven experience in High Court and Magistrate's Court litigation support.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with high professional maturity.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Ghost Practice legal practice management software.
