Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic customer relationships for an FMCG manufacturing business. The role combines commercial acumen with an understanding of technical packaging needs to deliver tailored solutions and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow strategic key accounts across multiple sectors.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to broaden the customer base.
• Collaborate with technical, design and production teams to deliver fit‑for‑purpose packaging solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts and pricing strategies aligned with customer needs.
• Negotiate win‑win agreements that drive long‑term value.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to spot growth opportunities.
• Consistently achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business or Engineering (mechanical, industrial or packaging preferred).
• Proven track record in sales, key account management and business development.
• Experience in packaging, FMCG or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
