Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead creative and production initiatives from brief to delivery. Working remotely, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across digital, film, CGI, motion design and print to ensure projects meet quality, timeline and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from scoping and costing to final hand‑over.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver email marketing, website content and other creative assets.
• Maintain and improve BTG+ project management processes, ensuring consistent documentation and communication.
• Manage multiple mid‑ to high‑complexity projects simultaneously across different time zones.
• Identify stakeholders, create communication plans and set realistic deadlines.
• Close projects, capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing integrated creative projects in digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design or print.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on project profitability.
• Resilient mindset, able to handle setbacks and tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead diverse teams.
