Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead creative and production projects from brief to delivery. Working remotely, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design and print to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of mid to high‑complexity projects across multiple disciplines and time zones.
• Lead project scoping, costing, planning and scheduling while adhering to Brandtech+ project‑management methodology.
• Serve as primary contact for new briefs, turning vague requests into clear, actionable plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders, create communication plans and ensure timely information flow.
• Oversee teams delivering assets such as email marketing, website content, CGI, and motion design.
• Monitor project profitability, drive continuous improvement and close projects to set standards.
• Maintain resilience under pressure and embody company values across the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects in a creative or digital environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of project profitability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven remote setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Resilient mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Required skills

• Integrated experience across at least two of the following: digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, print/POS.
• Solid understanding of project‑management and production processes.
• Capability to plan, budget and schedule projects effectively.
